Louise Sinclair
Director
For over 20 years Louise has worked with global technology suppliers, NHS care providers and government bodies advising on communication strategy.

Louise created Redder in 2013 due to the need for project based communication support to help deliver the growing number of technology and data initiatives in healthcare. She is committed and passionate about delivering change in this sector. As well as an experienced event organiser and facilitator, Louise is a accomplished digital health navigator and loves nothing more than joining the dots for the benefit of the NHS and its patients.

Louise is co-founder of One HealthTech, the international community-based network of over 10,000 members, dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion across healthtech.
For over ten years Ryan has worked on strategy and communications in agencies, in-house and in a freelance capacity. He has worked with clients across the B2B, B2C, the public and third-sector. In the last five years Ryan has gained extensive experience in the digital health sector through research, copywriting and content creation.
Academically qualified in Environmental Science and with a Master in Sustainable Development, Ryan is a CSR and sustainability specialist. He is also an accomplished art and content director with skills in film direction, storyboarding, scriptwriting and editing.

Jenny Strugnell

Jenny's career began in government working with the Ministry for Justice. Her creative and communication skills led her to marketing in the digital health space. Jenny is an experienced researcher and copywriter and adept at using digital marketing tools.
With an academic background in anthropology from Durham University and experience of living internationally, Jenny is well-positioned to understand concepts from different perspectives. Speaking three languages, Jenny not only masters the English language but translates ideas into easily digestible content.
Sarah is an experienced PA and administrative professional, with a background in business management and marketing. She is experienced in account management, budgeting and is masterful with a spreadsheet.
With years of cumulative knowledge from public sector roles as a business manager, Sarah is not only an expert in negotiating contracts but also is a talented negotiator and a natural relationship-builder. These skills support the smooth running of Redder in the back office as well as front and centre!
